Home Staging in 3 Steps
The best first step we take is to meet you in person onsite, at the property, to tour all of the rooms, both indoor and outdoor spaces so we can know how to best serve your staging needs. Once we’ve toured the property, we can provide a STAGING PROPOSAL for you, with the scope of our work and the estimated investment.
Realtors call us the “One Stop Shop” because we have a complete network of trusted, licensed and bonded vendors who can assist in giving your home a minor facelift with updates such as new paint, new lighting, flooring, hardware & landscaping. We have professional organizers, moving specialists and professional house cleaners to help make the transition easy for you and give your home the face lift it needs for a successful sale.
Our experienced team of designers will select staging furniture from our inventory to best show case the property, delivered with care by professional movers. Typically it takes 1-2 days to install the staging design and then it is ready for professional photos and the first Open House.

The day of installation, unbeknownst to us, another person was moving in and monopolized the front parking load area as well as the elevator!
